Terms and Conditions for Link Exchange
By joining Bonibon Link Exchange, members must agree to the following terms and conditions. Anyone violating these terms will be removed from Bonibon without any obligation by the Bonibon to redeem any earned credits. By joining, members agree to the following:
- Members agree to insert the HTML code provided by the Link Exchange for displaying banner ads on their web site, in as many or few pages as they wish. The HTML code on your pages should look similar to the code supplied during signup. (It’s OK to alter the general appearance to match the “look” of your site, but don’t change the addresses!). Bonibon Link Exchange reserves the right to verify the placement and correctness of its HTML code.
- Members acknowledge that Bonibon Link Exchange is a free service supported by its members. At any given time, the banner on a member’s web site may contain an advertisement from another member or from Bonibon Link Exchange.
- All Bonibon Link Exchange banners must be placed on a page such that the majority of people visiting that page will see and notice the banner. A default banner will be used until a properly formatted one is supplied.
- Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by the Bonibon Link Exchange. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) lists of the busiest sites, lists of member sites, etc.
- All members agree to utilize the services of the Bonibon Link Exchange at their own risk. The Bonibon Link Exchange, its administrators, partners and members cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of the Bonibon Link Exchange.
- The Bonibon Link Exchange name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without permission from the Bonibon Link Exchange. However, each member has the right to use information obtained by the Bonibon Link Exchange on the site or in the promotion of the site.
- The Bonibon Link Exchange reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.

The Bonibon Link Exchange reserves the right to verify the placement and correctness of its HTML code. (e.g., The page pointed to by the URL listed in the account information must contain the HTML code at a minimum.)
* Members acknowledge that the Bonibon Link Exchange is a free service supported by its members. At any given time, the banner on a member’s web site may contain an advertisement from another member or from the Bonibon Link Exchange.
* All Bonibon Link Exchange banners must be placed on a page such that the majority of people visiting that page will see and notice the banner. A default banner will be used until a properly formatted one is supplied.
* A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site using a device, program, or other means. A member may not display more than one Bonibon Link Exchange banner on any page. A member may not include the banner on any page that automatically reload or go to another page without interaction from the user (i.e., client pull or server push).
* The Bonibon Link Exchange retains ownership and all rights to the Bonibon Link Exchange name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information.
* Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by the Bonibon Link Exchange. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) lists of the busiest sites, lists of member sites, etc.
* All members agree to utilize the services of the Bonibon Link Exchange at their own risk. The Bonibon Link Exchange, its administrators, partners and members cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of the Bonibon Link Exchange.
* Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, the Bonibon Link Exchange makes no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services of the Bonibon Link Exchange.
* The Bonibon Link Exchange name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without permission from the Bonibon Link Exchange. However, each member has the right to use information obtained by the Bonibon Link Exchange on the site or in the promotion of the site.
* A member may cancel their membership in the Bonibon Link Exchange at any time by sending a cancellation notice to linkexchange@lonekeep.com and removing the Bonibon Link Exchange HTML code from their website. The cancellation notice should have the URL of the banner ad to be removed.
* The types of sites allowed to participate in the the Bonibon Link Exchange are about the Bonibon or from individuals and businesses in the Bonibon Area.
* The following types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in the the Bonibon Link Exchange network: Sites containing pornographic material, sites with links to pornographic sites, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail, sites that are otherwise inappropriate. The Bonibon Link Exchange reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether sites may participate in the Bonibon Link Exchange.
* The Bonibon Link Exchange reserves the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.
